Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship Pan India and to Dubai.

Q: I have placed an order. When should I expect delivery?

A:

  • India: Your order will be dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (except on Sundays). Tracking details will be shared with you via email once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your PIN code. Paid orders from Mumbai are delivered within 3 business days.

  • Dubai: Orders are packed with international-standard protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Dispatch timelines remain 24–48 hours, while delivery timelines may vary depending on customs and courier partners.

Q: Is the store still open?

A: Yes! While you can shop all our collections online, our physical store is located at Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai, open from Monday – Sunday, 10:30 am to 7 pm. We’d love to help you curate ware for your home in person.

Delivery Guarantee - India

If any ware gets damaged or breaks in transit, we’ll replace it for free.

We know how disappointing it is to wait for your order and receive it broken. That’s why we offer a Safe Delivery Guarantee. Simply share a photo of the damaged piece along with your order number, and we’ll dispatch a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

International Orders

Every international order is packed to meet global shipping standards, so your Ware arrives safe and secure.

  • In the rare case of breakage, we will refund the product value only. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

  • Refunds are processed once we receive clear photos of the broken item.

 

Store Pickup Policy

For in-store pickups, our break-free shipping policy ends at the store.

Regular Shipping Policy

  • India:

    • Orders below ₹5000 – Shipping charges apply.

    • Orders above ₹5000 – Free shipping.

  • Dubai:
    Shipping is chargeable at actuals (based on courier rates). Since we’re still new to international orders, we are unable to offer free shipping at the moment.
