Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship Pan India & UAE 

Q: I have placed an order when should I expect delivery? 

A: Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. (Except on Sundays) We will share the tracking details with you via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service executive on +91 83699 98726 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery dates, and we will be happy to help you with updates. 

Q: Is the store still open?

A: While you can shop all our collections online, our physical store is located in Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai, from Monday - Sunday from 10:30 am to 7 pm. Feel free to drop by and we would love to help you curate ware for your home!

Safe Delivery Guarantee Policy: 

Incase any a ware gets damaged or breaks in transit, Ware Innovations will replace it for you for free! 

We understand that it's disappointing when you are eagerly waiting for your order and you receive it broken. Which is why we offer Safe Delivery Guarantee. All you have to do is share a photo of the broken piece along with your order number with us. We immediately dispatch a replacement for you for free. 

 

Store pickup policy:

A. Break-free shipping policy ends at the store.

 

Regular Shipping Policy:

For India

We charge a fixed shipping rate of Rs.150 for deliveries all over India and free shipping for orders above Rs. 5000.

For UAE 

We charge a fixed shipping rate of Rs. 2000 (88dh) for orders below 15,000 Rs. (663 dh) for delivery all over UAE. The shipping rates for orders above 15000 are subjective to the price and weight of the product

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address, or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Ware Innovations. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Ware Innovations shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of Ware Innovations.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Ware Innovations reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Ware Innovations has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Delivery of orders would be done address-specific not person specific.

All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Ware Innovations is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
