We understand that it's disappointing when you are eagerly waiting for your order and you receive it broken. This is why we offer Safe Delivery Guarantee. All you have to do is share a photo of the broken piece using the link below. We immediately dispatch a replacement for you for free.

We understand what a hassle returns and exchanges can be, to make it easier we arrange for pickups right from your doorstep for free! Once we receive the returned product, the exchange process will be completed within 3 business days. The replacement will be delivered within 10 business days (timing may vary based on PIN code).
How to get a Refund? It’s completely up to you.
During returns, you can opt for a complete refund or store credit (valid for 1 year) for your order amount, based on your preference. Refunds are credited within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products. Please ensure items are packed using the original packaging material sent with your order. In case of any damage during return transit, the value of the damaged items will not be refunded.
