At Ware, we never want you to feel stuck with something you don’t love. If a product doesn’t bring you joy, you can return it,  no questions asked.

We accept returns and replacements within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (For orders within India)

Received something broken? We’ll replace it right away.

We know how disappointing it is to wait for an order only to receive it broken. That’s why we offer a Safe Delivery Guarantee for all orders within India.

Simply share a photo of the broken piece through the link below, and we’ll dispatch a replacement to you at no extra cost.

Hassle-free Returns & Exchanges (India only)

We’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free:

  • Free doorstep pickup – no need to step out.

  • Once we receive the returned product, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Replacements are delivered within 10 business days (timing may vary based on your PIN code).

Refunds 

When returning a product, you can choose between:

  • Full refund (credited within 5 business days after inspection), or

  • Store credit (valid for 6 months).

Please pack items carefully using the original packaging provided with your order. If items are damaged during return transit due to improper packing, the value of the damaged product will not be refunded.

International Orders

Every international order is packed to meet global shipping standards, so your Ware arrives safe and secure.

  • In the rare case of breakage, we will refund the product value only. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

  • Refunds are processed once we receive clear photos of the broken item.
