We are a Mumbai-based design house and table decor brand that is reimagining the things that surround us every day.
Rooted in the belief that great design stirs emotion, we design and manufacture all our product collections from scratch, intending to add an artist's soul and a designer's functional thinking to even the simplest of objects.
From your morning coffee mug to sculptural dinner centerpieces, we hope our products invite you to play and reimagine things in simple, joyful ways.
In the Beginning
Yogita Agrawal started Ware Innovations after 2 years of unwinding with found materials and clay on Sundays. When Yogita created the first collection of Ware Chai cups in 2017, the idea was simple: to create sculptural products that she enjoyed creating, which would go on to add delight to everyday experiences.
Our Evolution
Our Old Logo
The idea behind our old logo was that the box transitions from being black to colorful, indicating the transformations that Ware Innovations brings to anything that we choose to reimagine.

Our New Logo
We recently rebranded to move towards a logo that better embodies the spirit of ware.
Even though the new logo evokes a premium feel on first look, we wanted it to feel like a “work in progress” when you look closely. We wanted our logo to be a reminder of our brand goal to put our best work out there, yet knowing there will always be room to be better.
The Dough
When you pluck a piece of kneaded clay away from a big batch, that moment you have made the first step towards giving your what if a chance. Our brand symbol, the dough, represents that moment.
Our Core Philosophy
We’ve realised that at Ware all crazy ideas begin with a "What if?” and they only come to life if we secure that thought with a "Why Not!" before our rational brain can kick in and burst our bubble.
Being a creator brand, it is absolutely crucial for us to create a safe space, where everyone feels free to express their crazy “what ifs” without the fear of being ridiculed.
This is why our creative culture is extremely sacred to us, and we are very careful about the people we choose to work with and call our team.

We spend 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, building every small detail of Ware together. For a brand that’s all about creating fearlessness, it is crucial that we’re all able to bring our full, authentic selves to work every day.

If only we dare to question what exists, reimagine what it could be, and create it fearlessly. We've chosen to ask the mundane things that surround our homes and turn them into Ware by giving them a body, mind, and soul.
Consciously Made with Love
We obsess over the small things. This is why we make our products in small batches, with complete control over the quality and room to keep improving them. It’s why every piece of Ware takes several months to go from an idea in our head to a product on our shelf. It’s why our products look and feel so good, not only when you first receive them, but also as you continue to use them.

In 2019, we opened the doors to our studio, turning it into a store to offer our products to you at the place of their creation, with exceptional service. Our community seemed to like what we were doing, they spread the word, and we grew. And we’ve been growing ever since.
The Design Studio
We create all our product collections in-house from start to finish. We fret over prototypes, obsess over the design concept, and build our molds and manufacturing processes to make our vision come to life. Each collection has its own story, process, and design aesthetic.

The Warehouse
Where all our finished products are stocked, quality checked, packed with love, and dispatched all over the world.
We maintain our own warehouse so that we can ensure each package is packed with the care it deserves.
The Photostudio
Where we capture the stories of our creations and document our own experiments while using and styling them.
Because we’re always creating new things, the photostudio plays a pivotal role in documenting our creations and sharing our vision behind them.
