Q: I have placed an order. When should I expect delivery?
India
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (except Sundays).
- Tracking details are shared via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your PIN code.
- Paid orders from Mumbai are delivered within 3 business days.
International
- Orders are packed with international-standard protective packaging for safe delivery.
- Dispatch timelines: 36–48 hours.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on customs and courier partners.

Q: Where is the store open?
A: We'd love to help you curate ware for your home in person. You can shop all our collections online, and our physical store is open at: 📍 Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai 🕥 Monday – Saturday, 10:30 am – 7 pm.
Delivery Guarantee
India: If any ware gets damaged or breaks in transit, we'll replace it for free.
We know how disappointing it is to wait for your order and receive it broken - that's why we offer a Safe Delivery Guarantee. Just share a photo of the damaged piece along with your order number, and we'll dispatch a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
International: Every international order is packed to meet global shipping standards, so your ware arrives safe and secure.
- In the rare case of breakage, we'll refund the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Refunds are processed once we receive clear photos of the broken item.
Store Pickup: For in-store pickups, our break-free shipping guarantee ends at the store.
